Can I do it?

So, I am finally deciding that I need to get on track with losing weight. I have sat here, idle, for too long. I need to get myself back down to where I used to be. Before I started having children, I was 5' 1" tall, weighing 125lbs. I had a cute little body, and I wore a size 6. Today, I am 5' 1" tall, weighing 144lbs, and I wear a size 10.

I don't have time to get out and get to a gym because when I'm not working, I am getting my two oldest daughters from school and coming home to clean house, clean and feed children, do hair, and get myself ready for bed to start the next day. I just really haven't been able to get things scheduled in a way where I can even think about joining a gym. Also, I just don't have the funds to go to a gym. Not with 4 children, rent, utilities, and a man. Lol.

Since I am not able to get to a gym, I have decided that I am going to start counting my calories and doing some light exercising at home. Some jumping jacks, maybe some light aerobics, push-ups, sit-ups, etc. I am really looking forward to getting back down to my pre-baby weight. I want to look great for my man, not just good. I want to be sexy for our 2 year anniversary. :D

Updates!!

So...it's been quite some time since I have last blogged anything. Almost a year, actually. I was barely pregnant with my twins then. Let's get some updates up here, shall we? Lol.

As of right now, it is 8:51 pm on Saturday, October 23, 2010. I am now 25 years old. I had my twins July 7, 2010. They will be 4 months on November 7th. They have definitely grown. When born, Sarriya weighed 5lb 8z, and Alaycia weighed 5lbs 12oz. They have definitely doubled in size since then. Lol. TiAnna and Denailia, my two oldest daughters, started head start in August, and they absolutely love it. They have learned soo much since starting. The alphabet, counting from 1 to 50, so many different songs, and they just finished Red Ribbon Week. I am so very proud of all of my daughters and all their accomplishments, no matter how big or how small.

My boyfriend, Walter, and I have been together for a year and a half now. November 4th will make it one year and seven months. Trust me when I say that we have definitley had our ups and downs since getting together. There are many times when we wanted to just call it quits, when my bags were actually packed, but now, I am so very glad that we never parted. I can't see myself or my daughters without him. No matter what we go through, I will ALWAYS love him.

I am back working again. I went back June 4th, 2010, but I had to leave July 7th, 2010 because that is the day that I had my babies. I didn't get to go back to work until August 16th, 2010, and I was so very thankful that I could go back to work. I really missed working, though I can't say that I missed the drama at all. Lol. I am actually getting ready to start a second job waitressing as soon as the restaurant opens up. Waitressing is something new for me. I have worked in a military kitchen, a gas station deli, a grocery store deli, and in a fast food restaurant, but I have never been a waitress. Hopefully, I can pull it off. I could definitely use the good tips.

I think that is all I have as far as updates go. Guess I'll have to get back on later with even more. Much Love!!

First time for everything...

So...I've never really blogged before, but I figured that this is a great place to let out my frustrations and excitements and accomplishments, right?

As of today, I am 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant with twins. I am very excited about this. I thought the two I already have would be hard to handle, but I guess I am really going to have my hands full in a few months. Every day, I show a little more. Not much, though. If you didn't know, then you wouldn't even suspect that I am even pregnant. I know soon enough, though, I will be showing like crazy. I can't wait, though. I know I'll be showing big time, but I am looking forward to it.

So far, I am very thankful that I am past the nausea stage. I couldn't stand that. This pregnancy was the first where I had that problem. I did have constant heartburn. Now, however, I have come to realize what acid reflux is. I absolutely hate it. Guess it just comes with the territory.

I guess that's enough for now. If I feel like writing later, I will definitely be back. Much love!!
